Starting with a foundation in Exercise & Sport Science, Sabrina's interest in human movement and biomechanics flourished. She pursued advanced studies, earning a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from Macquarie University, alongside Yoga training accredited by the International Yoga Alliance in Greece and a Pilates Certificate from APPI.

Sabrina's affinity for human movement and overall well-being traces back to her childhood, marked by years of competitive athletics and sports. Rooted in the belief of educating patients about the body's natural design and optimizing movement, she channels her extensive experience into empowering others.

Yoga became the transformative bridge in Sabrina's movement journey, not only physically but also internally. Driven by a determination to empower others through yoga, Sabrina's classes, characterized by a fusion of vinyasa, ashtanga, and a slow, strong alignment-based approach, embody her strong understanding of anatomy and movement. The upbeat and positive energy in her classes leaves participants feeling stronger and brighter.

Sabrina's specialization lies in treating and resolving issues such as low back/pelvic pain, women's health concerns, thoracic/rib cage dysfunctions, neck pain/headaches, and hip and knee pain.

Beyond the yoga studio, Sabrina indulges in her love for running, weightlifting, nutrition, art, and music. She encapsulates her philosophy with the words, "I firmly believe that through movement, we can create change and live pain-free lives. I enjoy motivating and empowering people to achieve their goals, change their mindset, and improve their quality of life."

Embracing a holistic perspective towards clients, Sabrina conducts assessments that delve into comprehensive body movement mechanics and patterns. Recognizing pain as multifactorial, she considers elements such as diet, sleep, and stress, understanding their influence on overall well-being. The assessment encompasses all facets of an individual's health.

Treatment under Sabrina's care is tailored and can include a range of modalities, from hands-on manual therapy, acupuncture, and dry needling to personalized exercise prescriptions and educational interventions aimed at fostering awareness.
